  着力突破增材制造、减速器、控制器、伺服电机等核心部件和关键软件，打造高端智能装备制造特色功能区、高端机器人、激光智造产业集聚区和环磁山国际科研走廊。聚焦整车整机、智能驾驶、车联网等重点领域，推进微波光子集成芯片、新能源汽车核心部件、油电整车等项目落地，打造汽车全产业链研发及生产基地。

  集聚区及周边产业基础雄厚，拥有汽车整车设计研发、新能源汽车核心零部件、工业机器人、增材制造等规模以上企业百余家，形成以上汽通用东岳（别克、雪佛兰品牌）整车制造、现代汽车整车设计研发中心和德尔福为龙头，涵盖新能源汽车研发设计、测试、成果转让及轻量化车身、发动机、变速箱、底盘、动力电池、整车电控和热管理系统等传统燃油及新能源汽车全产业链配套。
